Please refer to the attached notice regarding online services of Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board.
Key highlights:
1) Under “Ease of Doing Business”, Website named https://public.mlwb.in has been published to made certain activities of MLWF online.
2) Employers need to register one time on this portal to avail the services.
3) Employer-Employee contributions can be paid through this portal w.e.f. 01 Jan 2020.
4) Payments will be accepted through Debit/Credit card, NEFT/RTGS, Netbanking & other Payment Apps.
5) Employee details like Name, Mobile Number, Designation etc will have to be shared on the portal at the time of registration.
6) Employees will be shared their one-time Labour Identification Number on their respective mobile numbers which they can use for deriving various benefits from Labour Welfare Board.
Since this is a new service, further clarity will only arrive upon use of the portal based services.
